First Artist Announcement for the Åland Sea Jazz 2024 Festival!

Åland Sea Jazz invites music lovers to enjoy world-class music for a weekend on Åland on August 9–10, 2024. Åland Sea Jazz is the culmination of the Archipelago Sea Jazz festival series, serving as its fourth and final installment where the audience can enjoy performances in an intimate and atmospheric setting in Mariehamn. 

We are thrilled to announce the first artist for this year’s festival is the acclaimed world-class jazz guitarist Ulf Wakenius, who is Grammy-nominated artist and been featured on U.S. jazz charts. He will perform and dazzle with his virtuosity on the festival’s opening day, Friday, August 9, 2024, at 7:00 PM at Alandica.
